Atmosphere is great, but if you want to have a conversation be sure to arrange a spot in the charming outdoor patio area. Was there with out of town relatives, so we had a difficult time cconversing. Musicians contributed to this difficulty. Service was friendly, seating was prompt, waitress was excellent--but on a busy Friday night, service was slow. Menu was interesting, if not exactly rustic--but execution of the dishes was inconsistent. Some in our party were very pleased, others felt that their selections were bland and poorly prepared. Not a good value. Overall, would come again with a small group, but for the ambiance, not the food.
